Support the award-winning marine conservation work of the Sea Women of Melanesia in Papua New Guinea.
Your donation supports the enrollment of new women into our training program which empowers indigenous women with the skills, equipment, and resources they need to take an active role in helping Coral Triangle communities create and manage marine protected areas on their own reefs.
It will also encourage community participation in the marine reserve process and help provide humanitarian aid to our partner villages including clean water infrastructure, medical aid, sustainable period products for women, and educational materials for local schools.

The Sea Women Great Barrier Reef program delivers 2-week and 6-week advanced marine conservation training on the Great Barrier Reef, and provides opportunities for networking and cultural exchange between women from Papua New Guinea, Australia, and the Torres Straits Islands.
